At least 10 people were injured in a shootout during a football match between two high school teams in Alabama, USA.
The US channel CNN said the shooting took place in a match between the Leflore and Williamson high schools at the Ladd-Peebles stadium.
10 teenagers aged between 15 and 18 were injured, 5 seriously.
Local police department chief Lawrence Battiste said that young people, by carrying this type of violence to public events, threaten the lives of others.
Two people have been held in police custody so far. The exact cause of the shooting remains uncertain.
