<p style="margin:0in 0in 10pt">The toxicological report revealed that former Los Angeles Angels thrower Tyler Skaggs had fentanyl, oxycodone and alcohol in his body when he was found dead in a hotel room in Texas.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's office reported that the mixture, which included strong painkillers, and the victim's inability to breathe after regurgitation, resulted in death.

The Southlake Police Department in Texas is still investigating his death. The Skaggs family mentioned that an Angels employee could be involved in some way.

The Angels were staying at a Texas hotel for a series in front of the Rangers. The team arrived at its destination on June 30 and the body of the victim was found the next day in the early afternoon when he did not show up at the stadium.

The 27-year-old Skaggs made his senior baseball debut in 2012 with the Arizona Diamondbacks. He then played with the Angels starting in 2014.
