AirAsia X, a long-haul subsidiary of AirAsia Group, has finalized a firm order for 12 additional A330-900s and 30 A321XLR, announced yesterday the Airbus group. A door opens for possible flights to Europe.

This new contract brings 78 the number the A330neo ordered by AirAsia Xwhich reinforces its position as main client company for this type of devices. This command d'A321XLR allows AirAsia Group to strengthen its position of main client company worldwide for the A320 family, with now 622 devices ordered in total.
AirAsia X currently operates a fleet of 36 A330-300 serving destinations in the Asia-Pacific region and the Middle East.
